Monday training was a nice evening 30 mile hilly jaunt then Tuesday a 10 mile TT. Legs were tired on the TT so hovered around 90% and got a 25min 10. A bit slower than I would like but considering the big milage of the last week ok. I did a couple of laps of Loch Leven tonight and included the climb to Mamore Lodge which is a steady 12% to 18% with a really steep 21% section. A wee bit tired but form is coming.
