Training this Week

Up past 150 road miles so far in the last 4 days some of it at race speed and also involving 9,000ft of up so far.  Fiona, Coleen and I went down to Connel today then round bonny Glen Lonan then over and around by Ardchattan and over the nice steep hill at 13%. Tean & Cake in the "Robins Nest" a cracking wee cafe in Taynult which has good baking, a nice feel, and reasonable prices.  Lambs everywhere in Glen Lonan and some bonny wee Highlander calfs.  I am not sure it could have been more idyllic.  Also more donations to Macmillan via "Justgiving/crankitupgear".  We are humbled by the support from locals, friends, relatives and work colleagues.  A big thanks from Fiona & I
